    Exactly, track design is VERY restricted by the FIA. People state that it is impossible to have something like Eau Rouge again and this is partially true. It would likely need to be at slower speeds and have a chicane before it. Additionally, run off areas are all governed by a set of equations based on the material used.

    Its might not necessarily be a good thing if Korean track does turn out to be very low grip during the race. Because, as the racing line will slowly evolve, become rubbered-in, the off-line will not, and will remain very slippery, which will make going off-line for overtaking extremely hard.
