Bridgestone SO-2s..........I think they have been discontinued and are now producing the SO-3s. You might still be able to find a set though somewhere. Had them on my TT-S.......Great tires!

    Hi Dave,
I've followed a lot of the "tire threads" here on f-chat...seems everyone likes the Bridgestone SO3's and Michelin PS2's the best. The Pirelli seems less loved...(and what came with my car... :( )

I actually meant the URL I posted as it refers to PSX where I believe the X refers to "2" in this case. If I'm wrong I stand corrected, but the URL I posted was a "z" rated tire and the one you posted only goes to "y" rated.

    Please un confuse me.

"When Z-speed rated tires were first introduced, they were thought to reflect the highest tire speed rating that would ever be required, in excess of 240 km/h or 149 mph. While Z-speed rated tires are capable of speeds in excess of 149 mph, how far above 149 mph was not identified. That ultimately caused the automotive industry to add W- and Y-speed ratings to identify the tires that meet the needs of new vehicles that have extremely high top-speed capabilities."

    W 168 mph 270 km/h Exotic Sports Cars
    Y 186 mph 300 km/h Exotic Sports Cars

"Most recently, when the Y-speed rating indicated in a service description is enclosed in parentheses, such as 285/35ZR19 (99Y), the top speed of the tire has been tested in excess of 186 mph, 300 km/h indicated by the service description as shown below:"

    285/35ZR19 99Y 186 mph, 300 km/h
    285/35ZR19 (99Y) in excess of 186 mph, 300 km/h

I don't know how they would work on the 355, but the Goodyear F1 GS3 is getting top reviews on Tire Rack:
    http://www.tirerack.com/tires/surveyresults/surveydisplay.jsp?type=MP

I am using them on the front of my BMW 540 since spring, and will put them on the rears shortly...they run quiet, stick well, and according to reports, wear well.

Just for supporting the "team", I will probably go for Bridgestone SO3's on my 355 when the time comes.
