Is this for real? I do not want to log on to a site that ends up being a Trojan. And I do not mean the rubber ones.

I did see that. I also saw very few posts, and no one suggesting this is a good alternative to Paypal. Being a new sponsor is not relevant at this point. Using an on-line payment method is serious business. Even a scam can become a sponsor with enough BS.

I mean come on, a name like "Paymate" ? My first inclination this was an escort service.

I asked a question, they did not respond, yet.

So I ask again, is this for real?? I would love to skip Paypal.

The Paymate owners are long time FerrariChat.com users and I've been talking to them at least a year, just in last couple months I started using for my own invoicing. The fee is much less than Paypal and the other CC processor I was using. They should have Amex before too long. In next month I will be switching FerrariChat.com subscriptions from 2checkout to Paymate.

I understand they are a sponsor but is it really necessary they post there "advertisement" every day? Sometimes twice a day?

I'll never use them now simply because they have just annoyed me with there constant postings.

In 1 week they've only posted the following threads...

08-26-2010, 11:49 AM CST they posted "Time to start using Paymate!" in Collectables, Literature, & Models.

08-26-2010, 11:50 AM CST they posted "Paymate--have a look" in Business & Investments.

08-26-2010, 11:52 AM CST they posted "Check out Paymate--now serving Australia & NZ on eBay" in Australia.

08-27-2010, 07:20 PM CST they posted "Trying out Paymate" in Collectables, Literature, & Models.

They haven't even posted in 5 days. What the heck are you talking about? My general guidance for Sponsors is don't spam more than 2 new threads a week and I suggest not in the same forum more than every few weeks.

They have posted two in Collectables now, but honestly that forum will be 80% of their potential market.

I just wanted to repeat what you said so you know how dumb it sounds after I posted the facts.
