wiliamsberg bridge is me and woodears route my wife got stopped with my car outbound of the tunnel and she was with her friend two ladys did not get off and they gave them a ticket which i had to pay of course ed your rying about a bumpy road i was crying about a ticket
yep i really think the bridge is a better way. i got stopped twice(tix both time) at midtown tunnel going out of city. and you are not safe if you entered the tunnel without hassel, the guy at the entrance will radio the guy at the toll booth to stop you, that's what happened to me. imagine 20+ ferrari entering, roaring and rippin through tunnel, 95% of without a plate, i am pretty sure they will be ready for us at the toll booth.
Makes sense.... I'll go along with the group. I've been pulled over 3 times in the past 3 months and gotten various tickets, so thats why I'm wanting to be more cautious. Funny but in the 25 years of driving prior to this I never got one ticket... I wonder what the difference is? I think I'm going to wimp out and put my front plate on for the ride in and out....
well whichever route we take to get out of the city, i know i should man up and not talk like a pusssy, BUT.... i strongly feel that when we are on the LIE, that we drive no faster than 65mph because with a pack of 20+ ferraris, there will be a lot of phone calls to the police if we are speeding and we are bound to get ticketed. i know it is VERY tempting to drive like a maniac when we get such an awesome group of this size together, but when we do, we need to use even more caution.
Brad, you should check with foli but i think you have to be there by 8:00AM. the registration starts at 8:30 and i am sure they probably want you to film most of the cars coming in.
jon just take the upper bridge and the roads are fine. we just took that route few weeks ago and it was fine.
even if i can make it i probably can not keep up with you guys. i have got too many tickets. speed limit 65 mph for me! anyone following me?
