    Hey all, got a new addition to the family a few months ago and now the sun is out and time to tint her..obviously looking for a quality shop where children aren't doing the work and putting belt scratches all up and down your car...or watering down your entire interior and not cleaning up afterwards...just want someone to do a quality job and take care of my new baby as well....she just came out of the paint booth and is absolutely stunning! Hard to beat German engineering in this puppy..for those unfamiliar, she's a 1994 E500..and my favorite daily!

    thanks in advance for your recommendations! even in todays economy, it's hard to get a quality job done- especially without babysitting during the whole process!

    Have James at Norwoods and Kevin at Autoscope to take care of the mechanicals, but they don't do tint.....(haha)

    Park Place MB and/or Porsche can get the tint done for you as well. Last time I priced it it was $355.00

    Tritek in Richardson...used them several years ago on my 2002 BMW 325i. They did a terrific job & its held up VERY well. Set me back $170. Less if you pay cash.

    BTW...beautiful E500, one of my personal favorites. Just out of curiousity, is it the picture, or is the badging off on the trunk?

    I'm sorry...I meant by 'off' is that looks crooked for some reason. Growing up in a Merc family, I have strange knack for catching mis-aligned badging on these cars. :)

    Great referral!

    Dave came out to my house and did the tint on my wife's Mini Cooper Convertible. Did a terrific job and was very expeditious. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for tint. Said he also did work for Boardwalk and for Jonathan Peck @ RUF.
