Looks like there is small drip or spray spot diameter of pencil. Do others ever have this? Assuming its a minor oil leak?

Don't sweat the small stuff on these cars or you'll go nuts.

Oil leaks are common and can be cured if it really bothers you but gets expensive.

The trunk cover should have a seal to the deck lid so it might not be oil.

Could be a drop from when you checked the oil.

I wish it was from when I checked the oil but its not. Tiny dot in same place every time and doesnt appear to be coming from trunk hood which makes me think it may be a splatter shooting from engine - maybe when driven hard. Its tiny and i'm not too worried but dont want it to be indicative of more serious issues.

Sean, check around your engine tops both banks for traces of oil on the edges (gasket) also check the braided oil cooler hoses(silver/metallic flexible hoses) look right side of water radiator box down next to engine - from engine towards oil cooler(radiator) for are leaks, sometimes they originate on the joint (nut) where the hose are connected, the rubber inside can fail on the joint(nut) and could spray some oil when under pressure...sorry can't send a pic right now.
