    Hello from France,

I'm dismantling the gearbox on my Dino, but I've a probleme to remove this pinion (see picture). I removed the circlip, the pinion is moving on the axe, but I don't suceed to remove it completely from this axis. There is a resistance and I would like to know if I need to force more to remove it, or if there somethin else to do ?

Thanks for any tip in that sense

Might be just a small burr on the edge of the circlip groove. I would try a little more force. You could heat the pinion with a hair dryer to get a little more clearance.

If it were I, I would try a heat gun and a bearing puller to overcome the resistance.
