I have a Tubi but after riding with Mike a few times I wish I had a Stebro. Those inserts are the selling point for me all the way. You have about 6 sound tuning options to play with and that's at least 50% of why we upgrade our exhausts (the other half being a slight power increase). That's fun. I will say that pulling both tips out is really NOT for the street. However, it will put a big grin on your face on the track. I was seriously thinking of getting one but at that new price, I'll be staying with my tubi for a while.
I paid $900 on EBay 6 months ago for a Stebro for my '85 Euro 308. It took about 30 days to receive. Fit is ok but the tips sit a little low. Dan told me he would do nothing to resolve this.
