    Mike- This is what the date code looks like unless the tires are ancient. In general the first two digits are the week of manufacture and the last two digits are for the year. In this case 51st week of 2007. In the olden days, the second set was only one digit, obviously dumb since 72 and 82 would have looked the same.

    google the tire manufacture and date code

    "Michelin date codes", "pirelli date codes" etc. there are some different ways they were done pre/post 2000 or at some point
