I ordered tires for my 328 at around 2:00 Thursday and got an email today they were delivered at the place installing them at noon the next day. That is fast. Wish my 328 was that fast. Kudos for them for being so fast and they were a pleasure to deal with. This was the first time dealing with them and I will order from them in the future. I was just surprised they could get them at the destination that quick.

Tire Rack is awesome, I've had great experiences with them, including going to bat for me against a tire manufacturer on some defective tires.

I have nothing but great things to say about them also, I have ordered about six sets (of four each) in the last 22 years or so.

I got the Dunlop Direzza Star Spec. With the rebate they were about $200 cheaper than the Bridgestones for a set.

Tire Rack has warehouses all over. When I bought the RE-11s for my 328, they had the fronts locally, but had to send the rears from a more distant warehouse, which took a day longer.

But they're great to deal with. I've been ordering my tires from them since the '90s.

Except the Nokians for the EVO in MA winters -- TR doesn't carry Nokian, for some reason.
It took a lot longer to get the Nokians from a different supplier.

I know the Nokians are kinda a "specialty" tire.
But Tire Rack got started supplying the nearly-impossible-to-find Phoenix Stahlflex 3011s to auto-X-ers, back in the '70s.
(Those were spectacular auto-X tires. I had a set on my Alfa ... briefly. (They weren't great for longevity.))

I've been using them for years and always great service. Once I had a tire that couldn't be balanced properly and they sent another right away.

I've used them many, many times. The one time I had problem with older style white walls that turned yellow within a year, they didn't follow through with any help. They claimed they'd check into it and never got back even after repeated contacts. A little disappointing yet I still buy from them expecting that if I ever have a problem they'll ignore it.
