    I have just put Toyo Proxes RA1 225/40/ZR 18 and 275/35/ZR18 on my 360 Spider. These are R compounds, which I expect to provide significant improvement in handling.

    The problem is I occassionally bottom out on certain inclines on normal roads. I do not have any problems in driveways or speed bumps (as I basically slow down and crawl).

    Anyone have experience with these non-standard size tires (no R compounds were available in standard size)?

    I have the same tires. I didn't have any more than a normal amount of problems bottoming out until I lowered it, but it is still easier to clear obstacles than a TR.
