I have a 348 Speciale (#90) and have ordered a set of 355 Challenge wheels (18"). Any recommendations for tires. I would like to track my F-car some but mainly for the streets. I have heard that the Bridgestones 03 is a good high performance tire, but I am sure that there are others that F-owners like. Thanks, Jim

For street and occasional track use S03s are fabulous tires. I am using 225/40ZR18s front and 275/40 rear, stay away from the 265/35 rear tires as you need a different chassis setup (rear ride height) to balance the car.

295/35 are acceptable substitute for 265/40 or even 275/40 tires since they have the same rolling radius. The only drawback is the slight understeer you gain from the larger rear tires. This can easily be balanced with tire pressure or a slight ride height adjustment (rear:up:1 or 2 turns)
