I am a stong believer that tires make up the majority of the traction of a car. After all , it is the only thing in contact with the road. I have ran three different brands of tires on my '95 F355 Berlinetta. The first Pirelli , these tires were OE and tracked fery well at high speeds and were an ok tire. After they wore out I replaced them with Bridgestone Pole Position 3's. These tires were awfull. The car was very touchy after installing these tires and I took them off immediately. The tires I am running now are Michelin Pilot Sports. These tires are awesome, the best handling tire of all the tires I have ran. Rides as smooth of a baby's bottom, yet aggressive as a rabid tiger. Extreamly stable at high speed. I highly recommend Michelin.
    What are you running?

I've read a lot of good things on this forum and others about the Mich PS tires. Seem to be the way to go.

I'm not sure what my dad has on his Fcar (albeit a 328, not 355). I'll have to check next month when the wife and I go visit.
