Hill Engineering used to make titanium knobs and I would guess that they might make one again on request. I bought one from Hill back around 2003. At that time the raw material cost for titanium was very expensive, so the knobs were pretty pricy. I think (not positive) that the cost of titanium has come down A LOT since then, so I would guess that, in general, there is less of a premium for titanium knobs than there was back then.

As an FYI, for those who haven't had a titanium knob, the solid titanium knobs are actually pretty heavy (around 240 grams). They weigh quite a bit more than the same knob in aluminum. We are so used to hearing about titanium being light that its heft is pretty surprising when you first pick it up. Whether that extra weight is an advantage or not comes down to personal preference. I have to say that, after trying a few different knobs on my old Mondial 3.2, the small cheapish-looking stock plastic knob felt the best to me.

Indeed. Titanium is quite misunderstood so to speak. Sure, in some cases, it will be light because you can use the strength in a good way. But for something that is just a "block" of metal, Titanium is almost twice as heavy as Aluminium. If one wants to go light, one has to use Magnesium.
