how can I adjust the roof of my 328, because there is a side that is less hard when I close it? Many thanks.
I have the same problem on my targa top, the left side need to be push with extra pressure almost the normal effort then it will click or snap in place but the right side can be push with just one finger as it’s very loose, in fact it will drop down when you go over a bump and both latch has good bull nose rubber piece, so why is this happening?
Check the clasp itself, to make sure there is not a break or crack in the bracket. It can look fine, but when you tighten the clamp it can spread and therefore come loose. I had that happen, and was able to have it welded to be fixed, rather than buy a new clasp.
Yes they’re old but in good shape. As far as I know there’s no crack but I will check again. For now I just add an extra padding just to make clamp tight.
