    Victory,

Kind of curious as to why/how the Challenge grill can make a lot of difference. Would be grateful if you could say a bit more ???

The Challenge Grill sure looks COOL and I have been thinking of put it on my 355. But would like to know the "Pros and Cons" before I change it.

    regards

The Challenge grill is perforated so allows more air into engine bay. There aren't any "cons" with regards to fitting it .....it's really down to whether you prefer it the coloured grill. Here's a couple of pics showing before and after Challenge grill.

Thanks very much for the pictures, Tony.

    much appreciated.

So, am I right in thinking that the effect of the Challenge Grill has on the car's performance is MINIMUM (cos it merely allows more air into the engine bay) ??? unless the engine regularly over-heats.

No prob. Your assumption re; performance is spot on .The 355 is known to run hot so it helps cool things down a bit.

I guess one needs to understand what is meant by loud. In the cabin the Capristo is quieter than the Tubi, behind the car the Capristo is louder. In fact, at certain RPM ranges the Capristo is almost as quiet as stock in the cabin, which is ideal for highway cruising when you want minimal noise.
