I thought I would start a thread for my own collection. I have a lot. I just need to go through it all and get pics. So to start, here is something - I went to the Sacramento Autorama on Saturday and got this. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

OF COURSE! I did neglect to mention the the rest of the front valance that I got off of the pit lane after the race. Also got 1 Porsche mirror housing and a Brembo Caliper from the same Porsche. These are from the Porsche GT3 Cup Series car that got tossed on turn 4. http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fbit.ly%2FcELXvF&h=373c7 I brought in a friend to help out for the weekend and he got the rear wing, parts of the front and rear, Gas door, a door handle, and a few other items. the 2 items I got were there the next day so I grabbed em. You wouldn't believe how much stuff gets tossed. If no one picks it up, the trash pickup crew tosses it all into a landfill.
I have a copy of the Pan-Am ad that I found on eBay a few years ago. It was discussed here and the car was identified as 225 S s/n 0172ET.
I found the ad myself a few years ago. Can't remembe where I found it though. It is both pages. I found the Record a few months back. I collect record covers with of course cars on them. I will take them down a photo them soon. I currently have 32 in record frames and on the wall around my office.
......a little something I picked up at the track ALMS 2009 Laguna Seca Corvette Racing #3 Windshield They left it at the garage and I just couldn't resist bringing it home. Image Unavailable, Please Login
My first time being at a MOTO GP event was great fun. Here are some of the things I got for volunteering. The last pic is from my crappy cell phone of Tom "Couch Jumper" Cruise & Katie "Help Me Please" Holmes. I did get to meet Tom. He is actually quite nice. A little later I was hanging out in the normal area I always do when at the track when one of the other friends mentioned that Nicky Hayden was heading our direction. So I went to meet him as well. I had him sign my Control Bib from 2009. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I tried to get Casey Stoner to sign my Bib, but they shut down the line at the Oakley Display Booth, So I asked one of the Oakley guys to get it signed, If he couldn't that was okay. But he came out with it and made me happy by showing me he did get it signed. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Then on Friday I was able to get a this during the Fan Pit Walk after I had been talking to a girl that works for the Paginas Amarillas Aspar Team. I was talking with her about not being able to get signatures when working, and she then took me to get it. Not what I thought was going to happen, but I couldn't turn it down. I have a pic of me (Hector Barbera) with him, but I need to get it from another friend that works there with me. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Earlier Friday I had to get my wife and her friend a Control Bib to help out, and conveniently #099 was there so my wife asked for it. So during the Fan Pit Walk I saw Jorge Lorenzo going back into the garage. I went and got the Control Bib from the wife and was able to get him to sign it for me. Really Cool guy too.
