    WOW!!! As some of you may know, I purchased and took delivery of Steve's (slm) Diablo this weekend--absolutely amazing! The car looks and sounds phenomenal and drives even better!
    I would like to give special thanks to Randy from MotorCars International in Springfield, MO. Although I didn't officially buy the car from them, Randy was EXTREMELY helpful. He literally spent hours of his personal time helping me with the car even though it did not directly benefit him--a total class act that definitely earned my future business!
    I also want to thank Steve for selling me the car in a total no hastle transaction--why anyone would want to part with this thing is baffling to me...but thanks anyway!!!

    There is a local Car TV Show called "On Any Weekend" that airs on KCTV5. A friend of mine is the host and he asked to profile the cars.

    The car truly is amazing--I can't get over how well these SVs drive--I was expecting a lot more of a pain in the a$$ factor--however it's remakably comfortable and the clutch feels great!

    pdisme and furious_fiero: Jerry can chime in a little more about the lift--if I'm not mistaken, he's in the midst of purchasing a second one! The car on top of the lift is a modified 914

    tom: no problem on not showing up...if I had all your cars, I'd be busy as well--driving the hell of them!

    roy: those are carbon fiber GT fenders, etc...that's what us common folk have to do when we can't get the real thing!

    whart: this was indeed the car at MC...in fact here's a link to a thread that Steve started when he purchased the car--it's amazing b/c I feel the same way after reading his initial impressions and thoughts on the car! BTW, there are some great pictures on page 4 of this thread...

    i never realized the SV front fenders were different from other diablo's
    (amongst other changes too) :)
