    We have a 1978 GTS that has a tool kit pouch but lacks all the tools. Does anybody out there know what brand of tools came with the car when it was shipped over?

    That's actually a later kit than our early cars...

    We have amber handled screwdrivers, no logo.

    Insulated Pliers are a later addition, too but you need a carb tool from Pierce Manifolds if it's missing, you get a general idea....

    This kit if available sells for $325.


    You can get a LOT of tools at Sears for $325! LOL!

    The BEST thing was I recenty bought a shiney new set at PepBoys...the chrome started peeling after a few uses, and I looked closer.....

    Sure enough "Forged in India"

    The new Tatra Jaguars should be great!

    Do you have a pic of the carb tool?
    Maybe the OP still has it.....

    I actually have different wrenches in my three sets even from the same year.
