I have been trying to replace and add to a tool kit for a 1971 Daytona and have run into a multitude of problems. While there are many vague pictures and diagrams: there are no definitive pictures of the correct manufacturers or pictures of individual items.
Everyone has an opinion and sends pictures as to what they perceive to be the correct items and yet they vary widely. I am not casting any dispersions but it's enough to make you nuts.
Furthermore i know that Ferrari was not very interested in documenting: what seemed to be insignificant items at the time.
The items that seem to be the worst are the
    Pliers
    Triangle
    Bulb kit
    Carburetor tool
    Spark plug wrench
    DNA wrenches
    Jack items

I would appreciate any and all help.

    Thanks

    Neil

I suggest your best starting point would be the Daytona / Vintage section where it seems unlikely that this has not been asked and answered many times

I may be able to help with pictures of specific item but perhaps the best person to help is Morry at Collector Studio, he has sourced tool kits before, in fact this one came from him.

As you probably have discovered, like so many perhaps more important things in Daytona (and probably most other vintage Ferrari), it's very unlikely there's definitive answer for your quest.
AFAIK, best one can do with tools is to try to match what's depicted in owners and parts manuals.
Keep in mind Daytona was in production for over 4 years and numerous changes were made on the car, it's parts and to some of their suppliers...

I understand. but unfortunately for me and others the markings for the selected items is never clear in the owners or parts manual, nor are they in color.
