Just bought a 2008 F430 and have top problems. The top won't 'pack away' enough for the next closing stage to initiate. Probably elastic problems. I've heard you can manually pull the 'bar' back that's meant to be pulled by the elastics. How do you get to that bar to manually pull it back? Regards.
It's behind the headliner. There are a few videos on youtube. You don't have to get to it, just push on it through the headliner.
