    does anyone watch top gear? if you havent google video it, its ann interesting show. i was watching it and they always have thier driver drive the cars they test around thier test track. anyway they have the power board of the top cars they have tested and i thought it was kinda interesting so here it is, sorry if this is a repost.

    i thought there must be something wierd going on if the 575 was slower than a volvo S60, the test track doesnt look like it would be set up to screw over ferraris...what do u guys think?

    I love Top Gear ... been watching it for, gosh, 15 years ? Jeremy Clarkson has mastered the art of sardonic wit to such a level, that even a review of the most boring new econobox is riveting viewing. The Stig is an awesome driver. Look out for "Fifth Gear" too -- also pretty entertaining.

    Some of those times are on a wet track which IIRC adds 2 seconds to their times. Also, iirc they took an F1 car around the track and did a sub 60 second run.

    Discovery Channel used to have Top Gear on Wednesdays at 10:00 pm. Now they only play it from time to time with no specific schedule.
    Speed Channel has 5th Gear like at 2:00 am or some odd hours like that. Then thay complain thet nobody watches it.

    Unfortunately all these great shows have been displaced by red-neck shows.

    You can go on-line and look for the shows.

    Great show, they are on at the unreal hours of 0500 on Thursday's in Seattle...sometimes....

    And yay, verily, I say that TiVO is a gift from the gods!

    Although..... My wife gets a bit testy when it annouces half way through "Dr.Phil" or something that it's going to record "Nasty Nymphos". I have to explain that my auto-keyword recording has been activated because "actress" Sofia Ferrari has matched my "FERRARI" keyword. LOL.

    Dunno how I could live without my TiVO....

    even if you take off 2 seconds to the 575 its slower than a lot of things it should be much faster than.

    that is funny, and a good excuse to have pron tivo'd lol, i really wish i had tivo becasue fifth gear comes on at 4am on speed. i like fifth gear but its not nearly as good as top gear, clarkson really makes the show so interresting.
