So close i was. Walking in Times Sq. this afternoon i heard some lady yelling to her son inside to look at the cars, by the time i turned around.....nothing.

 

just saw them this morning. The 458 and SLS are out in front and looking very dusty. The Gt3RS is further back in under the garage for the service entrance.
No sign of the crew, but I might go back and stalk them during lunch.

Hammond's is obviously driving the 911 GT3. I'd hazard a guess that Clarkson is in the Mercedes SLS and May chose the Ferrari 458. How long until we get to see the episode?

I'm staying in that hotel and while the BBC crew was still here this AM, I heard the three guys already left. Not sure on accuracy, but FWIW.

 

That Mercedes looks all big, clunky and funky next to the clean curvy 458.

 

That mercedes is really ugly in person. There is a guy who parks across from me in my garage downtown that has one and I can't help but think how ugly it is everytime I see it. Really bad design looks wise if you ask me.

 

I think the SLS looks good from certain angles, although it is not an overall beuatiful car. Being parked next a 458 is probably not the best angle for it either.

 

Has there ever been a really good looking Mercedes?

I have an SLS too but my 55 always takes my breath away....

 

Hah, the SLS may not be a real looker relative to it's rivals, but I think there are A LOT of beautiful Mercedes.

There are so many old ones, even take this Mercedes for example, it's nothing special, but it is still beautiful. No other car maker has as many prestigious, classy beautiful cars as Benz, so take that back!
