Top Speed in a Ferrari

Used the Search Function and found nothing. I live in Southern California in Orange County. Where Can i take this to high speeds with the least worries about getting a speeding ticket?

Any one of the tracks in the vicinity would probably work...

 

15 freeway or 57 north starting by angel stadium and ending at the split with the 91 freeway both in the early morning....(2am-4am)

just make sure you dont pull a stefan eriksson

Drive up to Toronto, Canada, lots of open roads up here, just watch out, its deer season!

So, you have a dragster or what? If you road track it, your speed will depend on your skill.
