    Try opening the top of my 96 Spider today. All normal sequence with seat moving forward and roof opened about 3/4 before it quit. I can hear the hydraulic motor running but the roof stopped moving. Took off the centre cover and found the resevoir almost empty. Tried all bolt hole and disconnect hose to fill and force fill. Cannot work. Took the bleed off screw complete and tried to force fill using a sringe but still cannot. Anybody has done this before to fill the resevoir??

    In front of the reservoir, there is a metal block held on by 2 allen srews. Remove those screws. Swing the block out of the way. Now you will see an opening into which you can fill the reservoir (after you remove the fill plug)
