We arived.....
Well I hope you all enjoyed my pictures. Please keep in mind 2 things A. I am not a photographer by trade LOL B. I went up about 2 hours late to the track (No I wasnt in the convoy everyone saw on Breakfast Television this morning with all the Lambo's heading up the Don Valley Parkway) And when I got there, I only stayed for 40 minutes NOT EVEN, unfortunately today wasnt a good day for me to stay the whole day. But we went at least.....then.... Jumped back in the Bull and headed back to T.O. I also learned that I can't really breath properly at 260KPH on a farm road LOLLL Damn. Anyways, here we are goin back..... Cheers, Vasco.R
Yeah no **** LOL, It's like I didnt even need to go up to Mosport. Oh and another thing....our lovely infamous blonde who we have seen as a passenger in the red Murcielago..........GET THIS, she wasnt in the passenger seat at Mosport, SHE WAS DRIVING (Sweeeeet!) Now there is a women ;-) I also have a few more pics including that red one but I do not want to show the plates and I don't have time to shade them out. Sorry but they are all pit shots because I had to leave. I only watched a few guys rip up the track. Ciao
Ah, forget blurring the plates, all of these guys park their cars on Yorkville for hours on end with every monkey pawing over it. You took some nice pics though. More Gallardo pictures...
1 word...AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! That would be crazy to see all those lambos in one place, and ripping it up on the track! I never knew there were that many lambos in ontario. Thanks for the pics vasco, there awsome! I will probally get a few good shots of that red countache becuase the guy said he would take it to some of the Viper events! Awsome pics! Lucas
Hey Vasco: 40 minutes gives you a feel for the event without feeling the sunburn... no smog at Mosport, so you burn real fast out there! Thanks for the great pictures. We want to see the RED car! CH
WOW!!! What a drool fest! Excellent pics. Simply awesome. Of course, WILDBULL couldn't pass up the opportunity. I need an excuse to bump into him at the gym one day. Maybe he should discover this forum and start chatting with us. I only wish I had more notice about these things, I would have been there. I'm a new member of the Lambo club, but they are delayed in getting my "welcome" kit to me with event info. As a result, I never knew about the event until the night before. I might go the Ferrari event on the 26th, but haven't decided yet. I'm also a new member of the FCA. A welcome kit came right away from the FCA. So much bull in the line up there! Can you imagine putting all that horsepower together? What kind of bull would you get?
Thanks Rounder, that is true. But knowing me. Im a crazy car nut. I would have stayed sun burned or not. I do it every year at the American Lemanns - Mosport. We were told to stay and get ready to do the training so we can lap my friends car but did not. It was very tempting though. All the pictures there were the boys (and girl) getting their cars in line an in two groups so they can rip it up a bit. As for the red car, I think I only have one more shot and it shows the guys plate. It is beautiful though, i am a big fan of the old countach. It was nice to see that red old fart in the middle of all those Audi's heheh I know that Lucas will share some nice pics of that car in the very near future. Make sure he comes out to the June 5 car rally. Ask him if you can go co-pilot Lucas! Cheers Vasco.R
WOW! Looks like a good time! Its great to see so many Lambos are in the area, and that their drivers use them for more than show! Having said that, more pics of the orange Gallardo please, oh, and the red Murcie....
SORRY GUYS, I LIED. THIS IS REALLY YORKVILLE AND ALL I DID WAS PHOTOSHOP MOSPORT IN THE BACK GROUND LOLLLLLLL (I was kidding by the way LOL, now a days photoshop can do some ammmmazing things LOL)
Hey Vasco, I was wondering if there were any vehicular casualties, but then I noticed there weren't any helmets present. I'm assuming then that this wasn't an open lapping day and the 911 really held the cars under their full potential. Brian
There is another Viper event on the 20th, so hopefully he can bring it out then! I 'll be shure to tell him about the car rally as well. As for co-piloting, that would be a dream come true!! Lucas p.s. Vasco, where is your dealership? I was thinking of trying to get my parents to drive me out there tomorrow (if your open) and get some nice shots with my new digi cam!
Wow! Nice line up of cars! that's a bunch of pictures for only 40 minutes! Very nice ... I really love the color of the SE40. Mosport is a great track. Love the inside field. And I do remember the mega sun-burn 2 years ago!!! hahaha

Well, as I have said many times. I was only there for a short while. So, who knows what happened after I left. I know there was one guy who I saw easing up at the back of the pack to give himself room to hammer it, guy like that may have caused some trouble with his car but who know's . Hopefully not. I would have done the same hehehe. No one wore helmets, this was just a typical exotic car track day where everyone just takes it easy. You know, no passing no stupid moves, no real racing LOL etc. A leasing rep next door to my office was the "official" photography-dude so maybe I will be seeing some more shots since he stayed there the whole day. Yeah and I heard the next race day will actually be in Yorkville. Starting line at Sassafraz......sharp turn onto yorkville for the straight.....through the 4 seasons drive through for a quik capuccino and biscotti (Pit Stop) hit the famous hairpin back onto cumberland and finish back at Sassafraz for brunch. Man it's gonna be a sick race next year LOLLL (Im such a goof balll) Vasco.R
While not relating to the Lamborghini day there was an incident in the past. A Toronto, Ferrari F40 went OFF the track. While it was a street version F40 model, not an LM version; no OFF is cheap when it comes to that model... CH
