Just wanted to let everyone know that we will have a professional camera crew coming along that will be videotaping the event and will be making the edited video freely available for download on the internet. It WILL NOT be sold for profit. I'm working with them to figure out good vantage points where they can position themselves to get shots from the side of the road as the cars go by as well.

you guys have no idea how many people are showing up, i know theres at least 10 people coming that have know idea why,where etc but people keep telling me there going on a "exotic car drive" tommorow and they don't even know where it is.

Ian best wishes buddy, hope everything is okay. Arshad, I keep trying to print the directions but I keep getting a mess for the maps. Tried making the printer quality better but I keep getting back boxes where the maps should be. Anyone else experiencing this?
Jay: This is the first I'm hearing of such a problem. Very odd -- appears fine on your screen, but messed up on the printer? I hope nobody else is experiencing this. I'll print off a few extra copies and bring them with me tomorrow, so just grab one from me before the run.
Ian, I hope everything is ok my friend. Arshad, I was with James (Diablo) today. As I suspected the only thing that was done to the 01 Diablo was another inch of dust added to it. The car looks dead! However, James (With 911 Substitute), Ed (Vanquish) and Stu (car?) were supposed to get confirmed with you today. James called me a little while ago for the pass code etc. Did everything work out ok? Vasco, I haven't heard from Ed or James so I'm assuming they were able to obtain the route information without a problem. I've been in discussion with Stu, and he will be bringing 4 confirmed cars and another 2 tentative. BTW, let James know that if he needs his Diablo to stay in tip-top mechanical condition without the seals drying out, I'll be more than happy to give it a regular workout! I've added the latest info to the roster list: www.manta.ca/springfling/roster.html We're up to almost 60 cars and I know that there will be a few more tentatives that may show up as well. It's gonna be crazy fun I just wish the weather were a bit warmer, but I'll take the cold over rain any day...
LOL, yeah no kidding. But its actually the opposite. That guy actually drives the thing all the time! It's all dirty, and the front full of wear from the road. It needs a manacure for sure. Right now it is having some technical difficulties so the car has been asleep on the top of a hoist for weeks. Sad to see. Hopefully you can meet him and he can tell you the story.
