Torque settings for various , on rebuild.

Hi I am just refitting various parts back on after removing them for a 30,000 service on my mondial t 1993 uk spec .

Just wanted to know please can someone give me the torque settings for the following bolts .

Crankshaft pulley bolt
Drive gear ring nut
Both left and right cambelt bearing bolts centre ones
Water pump front half bolts to main body
Camshafts front sprocket main bolts
Cam cover bolts

Now that I have all the parts I can now begin to refit all the above so as I can finish the service , very much appreciate the torque setting values for the various bolts that I have mentioned .

Also a quick question on engine oil to use , I have been told that I would be able to acquire the mobil 1 5-40 grade from Subaru main dealers ? because they use it , I have looked everwhere with no success , so tomorrow I will try Subaru main dealers , perhaps they will have it . Just trying to keep to the original specs for the vehicle.
