    Hi guys, I'm just about to reassemble my car after doing a tensioner bearing and belt change, and replacing all the cam seals and water pump, but I'm not comfortable with converting the torque specs found in my workshop manual to ft. pounds and I don't think what they are giving me is metric (hate to come so far and screw it up) so, is it possible for someone to give me the specs for these items in good old ft. pounds! Thanks for the help! Kim (84 308 GTB QV)

    Securing Pulleys to Camshafts (QV) 72 ft/lbs
    Camshaft Covers 6.5 ft/lbs

    Water pump bolds - I don't remember bolts size, sorry
