Touchup Paint Codes for Tricolore Stripe (Factory Challenge Stradale Stripe)

As the title states, I have a few very small spots on my factory tricolore stripe that could use a bit of touchup paint. Does anyone happen to know the color code for the green, white, and red used in the 360 challenge stradale stripe?

Shameless bump. I figured someone on here would have needed to touch up their stripe before. I might take it down to the local PPG Paints store and see if they can color match or custom make me some paints... Will keep people posted if I go that route.
