Le Tour starts today! USA network at 9:30 eastern time for the US. I've completely lost touch with cycling news...I'll just sit back and watch it unfold. sjd
It's on Peacock every day plus you can stream the rerun & highlights after each stage is over. Sent from my Samsung Note 8 using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I think I"m through watching the Tour. I'm used to watching the replays in the evening, but my TV cannot get Peacock and I don't want to watch on my smartphone. Unless they put it back on NBC or USA in the evening, it's au revoir, le Tour!
Today's stage was first I watched, just the last hour. It was actually pretty good with the breakaway and lead changes finish. As usual I'm looking forward to the mountain top finishes, a good one Friday and Sunday. Overall I'm 10% of the fan I was 25 years ago. Sport broke my heart We're Clean - We're Dirty - We're Clean - We're Dirty - We're Clean - We're Dirty - We're Clean - We're Dirty - We're Clean - We're Dirty - We're Clean - We're Dirty - We're Clean - We're Dirty. Not only because of Mia, but I'm a 100% distance running fan now from the 800 through marathon and even trail running.
Is it on free Peacock or pay Peacock? I was just going to say get a Roku box, I have put over 200 free channels on it.
Free peacock is useless... I'm also anti the new pay a little extra for everything subscription attitudes. sjd
All I ever watched on it is The Dan Patrick Show, but that show has jumped the shark and kinda sucks now. Well, they do have the first four seasons of 'Billions' for free..... I am just old-fashioned in that I grew up with three channels for free, now I have about 24 over-the-air, if I cannot find anything on those or with free streaming, then I give up.
the last 3 stages have been really good, great action during the stage and then great finishes. Pogacar seems on another level, obvious favorite as Champion 2020 and 2021, but why is he going for stage wins at this point!?! Vingegaard in 2nd and got 2nd last year. Thomas obvious stud as 2018 winner. American Neil Powless is interesting as a young rider and potential GC contender, but he got dropped a little in the climb yesterday. He is still in 8th only 1'41" and best position on his team, so maybe he can go for a nice GC finish. Sepp Kuss is a stud for USA, but obviously not going for a GC finish, just mountain stages. Tomorrow will be a great stage too! Image Unavailable, Please Login
I was in Lausanne on saturday and at the col de la Croix on sunday. Always a great experience to watch the show live!
Stage 18: Today was one of the most picture perfect stages...Vingegaard pretty much seals the deal and well deserved... incredibly crazy descent, true sportsmanship... sjd
Americans finish GC in 13th, 18th, 20th, and 21st. They were also all in support roles too and did great at that job.
