    As discussed in previous posts, we would like to offer an informal tour of BMC's facilities after the Race to the Cure arrives in Sagaponack.

    Please let me know what time would be good for you guys and who will be in attendance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

    The Race to a Cure ends at 6. Cars will arrive in Sagaponack by 12.

    I am sure that you guys will not want to hang out there for 6 hours so I will suggest that we meet at BMC at 5PM.

    How does that sound? If I can get a head count, I will have refreshments and goodies ready.

    Rob, I'm not sure if I can make it. A lot of schedules had to be "juggled" just so we could attend the event. I guess we really won't even know until the last minute.... sorry to be so indefinate. Ed
