I had my 360 towed to the local Ferrari dealer and when the car arrived there the technicians flipped out and said the car wasn't towed using the proper tow bolt. I did not have a tow bolt so the tow truck driver hooked his chains under the chassis and said it was fine to do it this way. Well, the Ferrari techs said by towing it this way some alluminum part probably got bent?? They were pretty confident it got bent!

Can anyone tell me what my concern should be?

    Thanks in advance.

I think the mechanic already expressed what your concerns should be. I would be really mad. I hope that there is no real damage to the car.

All cars should be put on flat bed trucks. That is the only proper way ...

what done is done but you should have the tow bolt as part of your emergency kit.

You still need the tow bolt to get the car onto the flat bed, else you pull it by the control arms and bend them!

And as a general piece of advice check the threads every now and then into which the towbolt goes (a) so you know where it is & how to insert and (b) because it gets full of rubbish & prevents insertion
