Hi guys. Not a Ferrari owner but definitely a Ferrari lover. Saturday I attended Cars and Coffee in Plano and was talking to a gentleman about an annual toy run done in the Dallas area by Ferrari owners. I wasn't able to get much information on it because my son was getting bored standing not walking around looking at cars. I was wondering if anyone had information regarding the toy run as I would like to participate. The majority of the toy runs I've seen in this area are motorcycle related and since I don't own a motorcycle I don't do those. However, there was a time in my life when I was younger that I was one of those children being helped by the local toy runs. Now that I am older and things are getting better in my life I see this as a sort of 'passing of the guard' and my chance to help out as others once did for me.

As I said, I don't have a Ferrari. I have a 2008 Chevy Cobalt. I hope that doesn't disqualify me from being able to participate. I also don't know if this is an invite only event. But if anyone could pass some information my way regarding this I would be greatly appreciative.

    Thanks,
    Michael

The annual Christmas toy run is a great event held in December. If you watch this board towards the end of the year you will see the info. posted. The run is typically open to all.

You can also do a search in the Texas section and find threads about the past runs. I think there's been 7? The first one was maybe 15 cars, the last few have been over 100.
