Hi, Originally posted in the 360/430 forum, but it never got any responses so I figured I'd try here instead. Background: 2002 360 Spider - Came with Bridgestone S02A's, and I've just finished destroying yet another set at Thunderhill. [For me, two track days = one set of tires.] I drive to the track, do my thing, and (generally, another story) drive home. The VC hillclimb is my "do not miss" event, and again, I don't want to get involved in trailers. I swore I would never, ever, darken my wheels with Michelin tires after the USGP debacle a few years back. Searching around here suggests the Toyo R888's might be worth a try - A recent thread suggests they're available in close to the correct sizes (225 rather than 215 at the front, rear would remain at 275.) I don't envisage driving in the wet, but it could certainly happen - Most likely on the way to or from the hillclimb. I also live in N.Ca, so freezing is not an issue. Anyone using these? Comments? One thing I did notice while searching around was that some claim these "types" of tires upset the ASR. This makes little sense to me (assuming sizes, and I guess the size "relationship" between front and rear are "correct") as the ASR is sensing wheelspin/slip - Surely "sticky" tires simply delay the point at which the ASR attempts to save my a$$.....? Any other recommendations? Thanks, cheers, Ian
