    Apparently Toyota tested their V8 at Monza yesterday against all the other teams running V10. The Toyota was 8 seconds off the pace of Montoya. Thats a big gap, hopefully by next season they should be a lot closer than that. By the way does anybody have a download of the toyota V8 testing this week at Monza?

    That was today at Monza. Panis 8 seconds behind JPM.

    Montoya set a new unofficial lap record at Monza.
    Top speed of 372,2 km/h for Montoya. I think that's the fastest ever top speed for an F1 car.

    Incredible that Badoer turned 128 laps! That's a tremendous amount of physical and mental exertion for one day.

    JPM even quicker today than yesterday. The new Jordan hit the track....oh boy :rolleyes:

    I don't get why teams are allowed to test on track when they will race there in about a week. And then there's circuits where they can never test. I think they should ban testing at all race circuits used that year and use only circuits that are not being used that calender year.

    Montoya is once again showing his great talent on low downforce settings.
    JPM is fast at Monza and I wouldn't be surprise if he gets pole position next week. I feel he can win this GP but Ron will tell him to let Kimi past.


    Panis (testing the Toyota V8) is 10 seconds behind Juan. Ouch!

    Mclaren is in a class of their own. Just like Ferrari was last year.
