    Because of the economy, the annual Toys for Tots drive is way behind in donations by about 50%. A great cause run by some of the greatest Americans. Help out, and encourage those you know to do the same

    Good Call. I was listening to R. Lee Ermey on a San Diego radio station over the web this morning and he was really surprised at the shortage of donations. They take checks as well. I'm going to buy a bunch of stuff at Toys R Us this weekend for that, but don't forget to shop at Sears since Sears does a wonderful job of helping their employees who are reservists and are called up for duty.

    Please get those donations in as we are distibuting toys this week end. And yes donations are down. This is a great program and really helps a lot of kids have a good Christmas.

    Though we are down as compared to last year, we are still doing well here. I had to dispatch extra men the help this very week.

    We cut waaaaay back on family this year. My wife and I decided to donate 2 of the 4 toys we got for our son--he'll never know.
