    Hello I bought a 86 TR and will make the 30.000 service on the car what experience do you have for service kit suppliers, any recommendations will be gladly appreciated.

    I heard from a Ferrari mechanic that it's best to buy just the cam belts from Ferrari OEM, because they are warranteed and newer because you don't know how long the belts have been sitting on other vendors shelves and time is time..on the car or on the shelf.
    Kinda makes sense I guess.

    I'd guess several of the parts specialists mentioned already sell more cam belts for older cars than franchise dealers and so are more rather than less likely to deliver newer OEM official parts having had to get new supplies from Ferrari more often
