TR 3rd brake light wiring schematic needed?

    The 3rd brake light has quit working. I lights are okay. I'm trying to trace where the power comes from for the 3rd brake light, does it come from the tail lights area or from up front in the cockpit? Any light you can shed (pun intended) is greatly appreciated. I've already searched the archives and found very little about this subject. Thank You Guys!

    The +12V power for the CHMSL passes thru the LH engine bonnet gas spring -- i.e., the red wire connected at the bottom of the LH gas spring is +12V from the brake light switch and the wire leaving the top goes to the CHMSL bulbs.

    Just a follow-up, the problem was just a wire that had a bare spot upstream from the deck lid strut, I'm very happy it was just a simple problem. Thank You again Steve!
