Exactly, Used California prices going down ....... Testarossa prices going up, they will surge right after you sell/trade it. Following my plan ? Buy high, throw money at it and sell low
I've had it for ~20 years. Just bored now. And not too many years left to enjoy something new. [emoji3] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Red/black. Brembo F40 big brake kit installed. Hence the HRE 18" wheels with Pirelli P-Zeros. Carbon/fiber glass deck (no longer avail). I still have the original deck lid. Tubi install with cat delete, test pipes. Carbon fiber heat shield, K&N air filter. Floor mats, red cover, custom rear deck speakers. The braking on the car is awesome now. Major service due 2022. Recent clutch (less than 1k miles), Helms fuse box. 48k miles. A/C blows cold like an Eskimo. Cash offers also accepted so I can chase that blue California. The car was featured in a story about the F15 fighter in the FCA Prancing Horse magazine. All receipts, books, toolkit and two-volume shop books. Serviced fanatically by Competezione in Gaithersburg, MD. PM me if interested, or if you have unanswered questions. Located in Annapolis, MD. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Good luck with sale. Hopefully she goes to another fchat member. Glad I sold mine to a forum member. I still get to keep tabs on her.. Life is different without the TR.. It was time to let her go so I understand your position. Good luck with sale and I hope you find the car your looking for. Should be easy as there are plenty of cali's out there. R
Have you seen this one? Looks very nice and in TdF blue. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/ferraris/533269-2013-ferrari-california-tdf-blue.html T
You only live once So understand that, go for it. Your TR is really nice, I love what you have done for her and .......well maintained.
I PM'd Connor. I don't think he's interested in a TR plus cash deal. His car is gorgeous [emoji3] thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thanks! It's much safer with the big brakes. I put 38k miles on it over 20 years. They like to be driven. It's not a garage queen. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thanks, you've been extremely helpful to me personally over the years. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It's been for sale for a while, so who knows. We've been Cali owners for nearly a year, and the wife and I adore it. It's a great, top down GT that has a bit of a nasty side when you want it to be bad! [emoji3] Your Testa is gorgeous BTW. Good luck with the sale. T
Recent engine out major service. I had the engine painted and the engine bay detailed. Installed new stainless braided fuel lines and rebuilt the Bosch fuel distributors, too. Engine [emoji102]great! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
+1 I loved my TR for all those years I owned it. I didn't care much about the value as I know where to find a good return on my money. What is important is what you already said "enjoy something new" with that said, I love my F430. It is a blast. Easier & more fun to drive, better sounding and reliable but that does not stop me from thinking to own another TR.
I remember a ride, maybe 3-4 years ago. I was with the TR, couple of other nice cars in the convoy and a Cali. Cali owner wanted to test drive my TR. So we exchange cars for about 15 minutes. I was driving the Cali and yes it was fast, precise, chirurgical must I say. And then I got out like I got out of a recent 911...meh...perfect and aseptisized (right spelling?) Then the Cali owner got out of my TR...HUGE and bright smile from one ear to the other. End of story.
Great story! You should've seen the smile on his face when the F-15 pilot drove my TR after our flight. It was priceless. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Total screwup on my part. It has 38k miles, NOT 48k miles! I actually put about 1,500 miles/year on the car during the past 20 years. My bad Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
