I am in the process of installing the little black box window fixes, and need to adjust the window itself...I have always had an issue at the last 1" before the glass is fully seated in the full up position. The window will eventually seat, however when it goes down it "pops" out of the window frame...this is due to the Guide Roller not hitting the plastic "ramp" on the lower part of the glass that forces the bottom of the window slightly out and thus makes the window follow the curve of the window frame....see #8 on the diagram...it is attached with two bolts / nuts that allows it to move up and down, however mine is in the lowest position yet is still does not engage with the window ramp soon enough to force the window out and thus make the curve of the frame.

Has anyone had luck in adjusting that guide roller? Is it mounted to something that can be bent a bit? It probably needs about 1/4"+ movement down....
