Since the TR fuse/relay assembly pcb overheats and degrades and the connection are so small from the harness, what can be done to improve this commonly occuring defect.
Has Ferrari addressed this engineering defect? Since this can be a fire hazard has any recall been announced.

What have others done to repair and upgrade this defective board and inadaquate harness connections?
    A frustrated TR owner!

Maybe the FIX is to cut the suspect harness wires and hardwire from the back. Any thoughts?

What's needed is a high-current capable connection from the relay output terminal to the associated wire leaving the white connector. I added new female terminals and wires directly from the relay output tab to the wires in the white connector (and spade connectors so I could still unplug the fuse/relay panel as a unit), but perhaps you could solder the added wire to the PCB pad of the relay female terminal (in the jpegs yellow is for the AC; blue and blue/black are for the coolant fans -- and later I had to do the fuel pumps too).

Do a search on "TR white connector" (here and in the archives) -- should get you more information (although some pictures have been lost).

Great Jpegs! So it looks like the problem areas are the radiator cooling fans, fuel pumps and maybe the oil cooler fan. I added a posting on the original thread under model specific TR.

Plus the AC (and maybe the AC condensor fan).
