Where is the drive module for the drivers side seatbelt located on a 90 TR? Is there a fuse associated with it? One day when opening the door the seatbelt motor did not operate.

No fuse. The seat belt ECUs are mounted to the backside of the lower center tunnel covers. Has your TR had the official recall done?

One thing you can try if everything else seems OKish (and not obviously damaged/bound-up/mangled) is disconnecting the battery shut-off switch for a few minutes -- IME, once those ECUs detect a fault, they give up trying/retrying until "reset". If no joy, then you are left with swapping the two ECUs to see if the trouble moves to the other side or not.

Alternatively, ask your local Ferrari Dealership if they are willing to fix it free of charge. This is after all a safety item. I had mine repaired after the recall.

Where is the battery shut off switch? I was not aware of one.
