    I am having trouble fixing an ongoing problem with my 92 TR512. The check engine lights come (both banks) periodically. Usually, before one the lights come on, the car will not accelerate and then the car jumps, with the light then coming on. Later the lights go off. I replaced the O2 sensors. The very reputable Ferrari dealership shop I am using first explained it as a gliche. I am thinking it is a problem in the Motronic fuel injection system. I have read in the literature that this system is very good, when it works. Has anyone experienced this problem? Any advice on teh bulprit and cure?

    UHhhh, if you post this in the tech section you'll get some better help. But before you do try a search of the archives to see if there has already been a post on your question.

    tim, this is a well documented and a common re-occurence w/ 512TR. mine did the same thing....i swear if i neglected to brush my teeth in the morning, the CEL went on....

    check on the archives. there are a lot of useful trouble shooting advises. william is also an expert on 512tr. he had been very helpful to me in the past w/ various 512tr issues. look to him for guidance as well. best of luck 2 u.
