Im told it depends on how many go. There's a 300 deposit and depending on how many people go, the price would definitely be less. I'll get more details today.

The more people come, the cheaper it'll be!!!! Who knows, we may get it down to 100 bucks to rip around a race track for a full day! Keep me posted. Would like to finalize roster by thursday. Scott

Brian, there's 7 cars booked. 350 a piece for the track for the day, marshals, safety crew and insurance. Bob requests that checks be made to Hallett motorsport and mailed to his construction company, rainbow construction in wichita. If more sign up, hopefully, darell, and jon.... the price will be less and balance refunded back to us. Anyone meeting up this saturday? Meet and drive, or eat breakfast at good egg (for good parking) then drive to the show or just drive. Scott

That was the most fun I've had on four wheels! Now I really know what the "sports cars" were meant to do! Everything in the car worked perfectly, brake ducts kept my brakes cool, no overheating notices even with 10 laps around the track, brakes were phenominal and allowed me to brake later into turns, turns were dead on. Once the tires were up to temp, you could hear the tires breaking traction just enough to modulate your throtle around the turn. It was the best time I've ever had with a full tank of gas. By the end of the day, I think I was on fumes and had to get gas to get home. It was great! Brian it was also great to meet your dad and nephew. Your dad was fast! Tell your dad I had a hell of a time trying to track him down in that miata! Maybe you should have told him to keep his sandals on and leave the driving shoes off! Your porsche is a beast around the track, I think its probably one of your best bang for the buck buys! Darell, John you guys need to come down on our next meeting. There were a good mix of racers and novices at the track but in my opinion, the best way is to have the track to yourselves! With 3 -4 cars on the track, you hardly saw another car and not only that, you get to drive with people you know and avoid all the crazys that are out to beat the track record at the expense of your and their car. Weather was great, food was good and cars were phenominal, porsche cup cars, brian's beast, bob's black monster, 944 track car, a new jaguar xk (which did a lot better than I thought), viper, vette, camaro and a selection of open wheel racers, even a formula 2 car. Brian, I told you bob was a real car nut. You guys will have have a blast at crescent. Definitely count me in next year! May not have an italian but i hope to have something competative from gm by then. Brian thanks again for coming and looking forward to our next meeting. Scott

It was a fantastic time! Great weather, very nice people and a ton of track time.
Scott, you drove the wheels off your Z06.....very fast car. Trying to catch you was not easy.
Hearing that 620HP 944 turbo was something else...extremely fast.
This is the first time I have ever run race tires (slicks) on a track and was absolutely amazed at the difference in grip.
All of you that did not get a chance to come....put it on your calendar for next time. Most of the time I was on the track by myself.
Darell, your Viper would have been a blast on this track.
We all need to get together for breakfast...or lunch soon.

    Brian
