Has anyone ever taken the cali to a track day or driving event? Out of curiosity how did it perform? I imagine it would not be too different that the M5/M6 variants I see out there?

But to answer ... I had my 2010 Cali on the Mid-Ohio race course with a Porsche club DE (Driver's Education) and had five 30 minute sessions in two days. It was AMAZING. When beginning the tires were about half gone, fronts had almost full tread on the inside edge. When done they were worn to the cord on the inside edge from braking. And I ate up about half of my brake pads, both front and rear. A set of tires and brake pads (pads were $3,000 for the set, plus labor) and well worth it!

I've had my current Cali on autocrosses as well, really good fun. The DTC allows you to shift when others don't shift because it wastes time in a stick.
