I'm looking at trading in my 10' Cali with 48k miles. It black on black and overall is in excellent condition. It had 3m clear wrap that I just removed so paint is in great shape. As for options it doesn't have many. Yellow calipers, and Ferrari installed escort radar with ALP jammer integrated into dash display. It had been service religiously by previous owner at Ferrari service dept and I have also serviced it at Ferrari during my 10month ownership. What should expect for trade in on used 10-11' 458. I paid 115k 10 months ago and 5k less miles.

Where did you purchase? And where will you trade? As in Ferrari dealer, independent dealer etc.

Have to say I won't be surprised to hear you were offered sub 100 or sub 90 depending on setting. Market is flooded right now.

Black Black 2010 in Miami 115k with market analysis showing 9k over market value -so 106k.
Red black 2010 32k miles in MD for 112K.

So figure 10% from there as offer from dealer.

Not sure yet if I'm going to go through a Ferrari dealer or used card dealer. As for price, I had the same thought. I paid 112.5k and have owned 6+ months and 4.5k miles. If I get 100k I'm happy. Will probably ask for 100k and not hassle with the 458 asking price.

In your initial thread you said you paid $115k, had for 10 months and for 5k miles.

I went back and looked at paperwork. Shouldn't make a difference on trade in value.

Cali for 100K is a lot of car for the money.

Trying to trade in my 13 Cali with 12,400 miles on the odometer.

Three F car dealerships won't even accept it as a trade as their inventories are so backlogged with units not moving.

Offer of 108, 110, and 120 thus far.

    Very disconcerting.

So many on the market right now. Typical supply and demand situation.

Wow! I had a non Ferrari dealer offer me 96k on trade and came off 10k on their 458. Have you tried a non Ferrari dealer? The one Ferrari dealer I did try offered me 80-82k depending on tires and what not.

Take the money and run. As you know it's the delta not the numbers. But there are a lot of 458 on the market as well

Sorry to hear about the 2013. It's not going to get better I don't think. Odd that they didn't want the trade. Consider another dealer ? Higher volume ?

$80k trade in on a $240k 6 year old car... Ouch. How much lower can they really go?

    That's even worse % than my 8 year old 08 V8 roadster...

Ferrari LI has a red 2010 with 12k miles for sale for $125k... $45k dealer spread?

Big difference in 12k miles and 48k miles though.

Missed the 48k miles part... Thought something was off LOL.

On the sale board someone is asking $139k for a 2010 with 8k miles. Thats even higher than what the dealer is asking for similar cars.

Prior to my purchase in December highly optioned 2011s (MSRP 250 +) in Black black were plentiful from dealers at 135 with 4-6k miles and 1.99% with Ferrari financing. I suspect desirable 2010 private sales will be 120 plus minus shortly. There is a lot of inventory.

I was offered a 2010 with 15k miles for $110k from a private seller earlier in the week.

Just bought(today!!!) 2010 California from Ferrari dealer with 22k miles new tires and full service for 109, I pick it up later this week once tires are on.
They must have picked it up well under 100 to let it go at this price.

They have a bunch there, black 14, blue Cali t, white Cali T and I think one more. Mine is the red one there, I finally drove it Saturday but it's still waiting on tires and fixing the leather dash. I have a Ghibli S Q4 as a loaner until mines ready.

On the sale board there is a dealer asking $129k for a nice 13 TDF with 29k miles... In the lows 20s that seems like a good bargain.

    I think it's a 2012. Lightly optioned. Nice colors.
