Trade lodging for 3 in one room (with bathroom available) for two PB tickets

Need room for Wed thru Saturday, one couple and their friend/driver. Could be all in guest cottage in Monterey, anywhere on peninsula.The two tickets say GUEST, are plastic-sealed with lanyards. We need key to room, don't know how late we will get back from auctions each night. We are teetotalers, non drinkers, non smokers, allergic to cats, scared of big dogs., annoyed by small barking ones. Reason for sale: Wife wants to go back to Los Angeles sunday. We would check out Sunday morning 6 am. No TV ,phone needed, fridge would be nice
