I don't know about that. RD has made statements that JPM is still under contract and could be recalled to a testing or driver use at any time. He's obviously just being spiteful, but I could see him ruining any chance for JPM to run this season

That's probably just in case Kimi or DeLaRosa hurts themselves and they need a driver in a hurry, other than that, I doubt Ron would use him again.

It's on now! Interesting turn of events for JPM for sure. Oh yes, I read earlier this week that Jeff Gordon is going to compete (finally) with Wayne Taylor and Max in the SunTrust car in the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona. GO Jeff!

I agree. Even if Ron can force Monty to drive the car .... he can spin the car into the wall in Lap 1 turn 1 and say "Boy the traction control snapped me around before I knew it .." and walk away. :)

He will not race for Dennis again. When he said he had told RD about NASCAR during the press conference last Sunday, he didn't mention that he called him 10 minutes before the PC started. It was like, "Hey Ron, tune in to this".

Ron Dennis seemed pretty peeved about the whole situation during a Peter Windsor interview during the prerace coverage on Speed. When asked how Monty would do in NASCAR he shook his head, said "Im at a Formula 1 race" and walked away into the garage.

Im sure part of it is just that he is tired of talking about it, but you just get the feeling that he really didnt like the way it went down.
