Unfortunately yesterday I got a speeding ticket (doing 40 in a 30 mph zone), courtesy of NMBPD in desperate need of Santa's bonuses. Anyway, here's my question.

Lately it seems no matter what Attorney you hire to get you off the hook, the so called "Court fees" appear to be inevitable.
    The average fee is $150.
Has this become normal practice in So. Fla?
Mark pls. send me a PM, if you think otherwise, and I'll gladly give you the case.

I think the court cost's are the trade off for not getting the points on your record.

I have used traffic attorney's in the past and they gotten the court to waive the points and fine and assess court costs instead.

    Kind of like "Payola"

Get in touch w/ Mark from The Ticket Clinic........ Once you pay their fee, IF they can get the ticked dismissed due to a technicality, such as being filed late, mistakes, lack of documentation, if the cop doesn't show up, etc, etc, etc.. then there aren't typically other costs. However, if everything is in order, paying the court costs is just the price of them getting you out of having points on your license.
